Nice design of interiors in double room. A good choice of facilities such as: a balcony and a safe. A vibrant area, amazing and beautiful location not far from the centre of the old city, the main central istanbul and Hagia Sophia, The Grand 

Twin room was fabulous. The staff was super-friendly providing the information. The location was good and fab - just 5 minutes' walk from a historic mosque. It was located in a touristic area close to the historic city 

It had marvellous location near a historic mosque. The staffs were outstandingly accommodating and the service was great.

Some people working there were not so great.

All in all perfect and excellent location, adjacent to trams, the Egyptian spice bazaar and Bosphorus cruise ships, and magical Istanbul. And also right at Theodosius Cistern. Decent size room, a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and

Great service, functional place. Delicious meals with welcome drinks. Delicious breakfast, marvellous location to all the major sights. And right by the Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque… grand bazaar… plenty of food stand 

The room was neat and nice styled!

I was there for 4 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast. The service was excellent, including a very early check-in. I really enjoyed this relaxing stay, would return here.

The check-in was very early and the atmosphere was comfortable overall. The guest room was new-fashioned, exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was particularly good and lovely, helpful in suggesting good places to shop with easy access 

It is in fab location to a Grand bazaar, set very close to the hotel. The twin room is modern, we also thoroughly enjoyed splendid views.

The breakfast was delicious for vegans, with delicious food.

The staff were extremely polite, fab location almost opposite to the tram line.

Besides, the location was best possible and comfortable for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a Holy mosque. This hotel was set in an excellent area.

The service at this hip new hotel was excellent! The staff was especially helpful, as for 4-stars property. It was a historic building, the rooms were well laid out with jacuzzi. Generally everything was amazing, even so the bathroom was so small. 

The breakfast was delicious and great, the check in was very early. There were a balcony and a safe in the room, loved that.
